How To Use High John the Conqueror Herb Bath:

  • Start by gathering the materials you'll need. You'll need High John the Conqueror herb, a large bowl or basin, water, and a white candle.
  • Boil a pot of water and then remove it from heat. Add a handful of High John the Conqueror herb to the water and allow it to steep for at least 15 minutes. Then strain the mixture and let the liquid cool.
  • Draw a warm bath and pour the steeped herb water into the bathwater.
  • Light a white candle or a High John Candle and place it near the bathtub.
